Our use of technology is guided by transparency, responsibility, and professional judgment.

Human Oversight:

AI tools are used to support our work, not replace it.

All client-facing recommendations, consulting deliverables, educational resources, white papers, templates, educational content, and strategic guidance are reviewed, refined, and approved by a human expert prior to publication or delivery.

Final decisions, recommendations, and professional opinions remain the responsibility of Modern Split Media.

Confidentiality and Data Protection:

Modern Split Media is committed to protecting confidential and sensitive information.

We do not  input confidential client information, privileged communications, personally identifiable information, or sensitive legal matters into publicly available AI systems unless appropriate safeguards, permissions, or contractual protections are in place.

Clients remain responsible for ensuring any information shared with us is appropriate for the intended purpose.

Accuracy and Reliability:

While AI can enhance productivity and support innovation, it may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.

For this reason, all AI-assisted work products undergo human review and validation before being published or distributed.

AI-generated content should not be relied upon as legal advice, financial advice, or professional guidance without appropriate review by qualified professionals.

Intellectual Property:

AI may be used to assist in the creation of educational materials, templates, guides, reports, white papers, marketing content, and other resources offered by Modern Split Media.

All final published materials are curated, edited, and owned by Modern Split Media unless otherwise specified.

Ethical Use:

We are committed to using AI in a manner that is responsible, ethical, and aligned with our mission of improving client experience within the family law profession.

We do not use AI to replace meaningful human interaction, professional judgment, or client-centered decision-making.
