For almost three decades, I've been at the intersection of people, change management, operations, luxury services, and high-stakes environments. My path has been unconventional, but this unique background is the force behind everything we do at Modern Split today.
A few of my nine "lives" have included work as a family law insider, personal U/HNW divorce advisor, operations innovator, concierge grief counselor for high-profile figures, and Chief of Staff and Director of Lifestyle Services for an invitation-only private club.
Working in these environments, I've seen firsthand how service failures in high-stakes environments have a much greater price. A missed detail isn't just inconvenient. A slow response isn't just frustrating. A poorly communicated handoff can make a client question the entire relationship. When people are already dealing with something consequential - financially, professionally, personally, or emotionally - every point of friction carries more weight. Trust erodes. Reputation takes a hit. Referrals become harder to earn.
Our work is for organizations serving discerning clientele in circumstances where discretion, trust, consistency, communication, anticipation, and human understanding aren't simply appreciated, they're required.
You can invest in AI, innovative tech, headcount, chic lobbies, and the right address... but if you neglect to understand that your most valuable advantage is a strong experiential strategy and the ONLY way to truly differentiate your services and reputation - your competitors will.
When clients are navigating some of the most sophisticated, emotionally complex, reputation-sensitive and consequential moments of their lives, the experience your clients are actually having (not what you think you're providing) influences referrals, reputation, reviews, team performance, profitability, retention, and long-term organizational value.
Matrimonial law is where we got started in consulting, but the underlying challenge extends far beyond it. Whether we're redesigning an intake experience, developing client experience standards, instructing teams, identifying operational breakdowns, or building systems that support exceptional service at scale, our focus remains the same: Advising exceptional organizations to create elevated experiences that are as intentional as the expertise they deliver.

A rare Arizona native, I live in North Scottsdale with my son and a crazy cast of rescue kitties who are fully convinced they run the house.
I’m a documentary-loving nerd (truly - there’s almost no topic I won’t binge), a collector of vintage designer tie clips, pins, and brooches, oversized coffee table fashion books, and a longtime fan of Social Distortion.
I have a soft spot for maximalist dopamine décor - the more personality, color, and joyful chaos, the better (yes, leopard print is a neutral) and firmly believe rewatching Ted Lasso and Schitt's Creek counts as self-care.
When I’m not working, I’m usually planning my next Taco Tuesday, brunching with friends, or finding an unnecessary reason to throw a themed dinner party.
